A few years ago, I went through tough times. Some "Trauma Drama" came across my path in ways I would not have expected to encounter in my adult years. Literally, empty nest, the discovery of the murder to my sister, long term relationship terminated, rape, and domestic abuse. It felt like it all happened all at once, but in reality, it was over a couple of years. My past is no different from anyone else’s; how you say, well our circumstances are all different, but we all deal with the loss of family, self, values. Our homes were broken by sexual immorality, self-gratification, spiritual warfare, various addictions, abandonment, you call it - we all had to deal with something. Parents can be in the home but not present, abandonment isn't always the physical action of leaving,
12For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. 1 Corinthians 13:12
I was compelled to look at myself, do a bit of reflecting. In 2007 I had the privilege of going to a fancy place called the Bridge to Recovery. This is one place co-dependents could learn their "primary" issue and then learn understand how to overcome them. That is a sad and funny story about how I got there. Sad because I broke my daughter’s heart and funny cause I told therapist Patrick Heart in Seattle that, if he didn’t have anything new to tell me then please send to someone who could.
I gained so much knowledge and interesting aspects about myself. While I was there the owners were Seventh Day Adventists, while the Center was not religiously based. I did not want to go to a 12-step program because they make you deal with God. I knew that I was confused and hurt and had placed blame on him. I did not know how to fix it, and he seemingly was not listening, so I thought.
Anything we ask, he will do, if it’s in his favor, if we are saved or not, if it is for the benefit of bringing someone to the light, Jesus does listen, he hears everything, there is no reason for him to do everything we ask when we don’t give all to him. I get that now, and every reason to do His will. Make sense why some prayers God answers for you and some others he does not? If it is not for charity (love) to bring you or someone else closer to understanding the real character of God, why would he do it?
Eerch, back to my testimony, so after all that bad stuff happened, I refused to believe that this, THIS is what life/God had to offer. Thus the journey began. I dug a little deeper.
First I cried out to God, asking him to show me how or where I went wrong. I had no idea at the time what that meant but, I started to read tons of self-help books and took classes, the list is too long to share. I discovered an energy healer in 2017 Daniel Randolph and he would be my life coach and helper on and off. After the success of the therapy I became certified in the middle of 2019 by Dr. Nelsons Emotion Code, a form of body energy work. Based on the idea that negative energy sits in us especially when we don’t know how to expel it, but does it? We will deal with whether or not this is sorcery, later.
June 2020, I completed my first life coaching class and loved every minute of it. All the while continuing to help grow our other business Ice Cold Consulting in the direction we want. We write procedures for mechanical integrity and operating procedures. preventative maintenance, compliance audits. My husband is a master in his trade and it’s beautiful to watch him do what he knows best teaching others the importance of all that.
Besides God the real and only true Healer, there are a lot of other applicable techniques for dealing with trauma and everyday stress. After doing these techniques and seeing my own and other’s success I am hooked on teaching people to thrive. Live the best life, Love the life they live!
l continue to educate me always, I cannot help it. I love learning and sharing. Personal development, breakthrough sessions are amazing. I know you'll LOVE this kind of applied technique. I learned from each step from the bridge and mediation, to reading books, and finally prayer that I had to challenge all my beliefs, why we believe what we do. Believe that I am enough, worth saving, worth God forgiving. That it’s okay not no be enough (everyone falls short – it’s normal!) We are perfectly imperfect! I think it’s better when you have a coach, to cheer you on, encourage you and let you know that you are okay, and you can reset 😊 We all have to start somewhere and where you are is perfect!
Allow me to help redefine your perceptions so that
you can live the best life you live to the best of your ability.
Statement of Faith
I believe in the Triune Godhead – God the Father, His only begotten Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. I believe there is only one God in three Persons with each Person of the Divine Trinity being co-eternal and co-equal.
I believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God and that it was given to us by inspiration of God through the Holy Spirit for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction so that we may all be made complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work for the glory of God Himself.
I believe that God’s only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ, came to our earth in the flesh, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a perfect and sinless life, went to the cross to die and shed His blood for the sins of this world, and then was buried. We believe that Jesus Christ then rose from the dead on the third day, and then ascended into heaven where He now sits at the right hand of God the Father as Lord of lords and King of kings.
I believe that Faith Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal salvation with God the Father – that there is no other name under heaven by which man can be saved – and that no one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ and His sacrificial death on the cross. I believe that Jesus Christ is truly the way, truth, and life that leads to eternal life with God the Father and that there is no other mediator or savior between God and man other than Jesus Christ.
I believe that the gift of eternal salvation with God the Father can only be received by grace through FAITH in Jesus Christ – not by any type of works that we could do – no matter how holy and pure those works maybe – for the Bible tells us that we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
I believe that Jesus Christ will return a second time to our earth as a reigning Messiah to set up the 1000-year Millennium Kingdom where He will then rule this earth from the city of Jerusalem in Israel.
After the 1000-year millennium rule of Jesus from the city of Jerusalem, I then believe that God the Father will create a New Heaven and a New Earth where He Himself will then come down from heaven to rule with His Son Jesus Christ from a New Jerusalem – where we will all live with God and Jesus for the rest of all eternity, Amen.
I believe that all of main denominations of Christianity who teach one God, salvation through faith leading to the character of charity are accepted and honored by God the Father.
